A high-volume custom apparel and transfers provider. I was tasked with modernizing their visual presence and engineering a digital infrastructure capable of scaling alongside their 2026 award-winning service growth.
I developed a “color-agnostic” brand identity, utilizing a concise logo and a limited gradient system for categorization. This allowed the brand to remain neutral yet distinct across various product lines. I overhauled the web presence, focusing on a high-fidelity e-commerce experience.
As a small business, there was plenty of flexibility and empowerment to be had. Early on, to bridge design and production, I built custom scripting, shifting incoming files on our network for conversion and speeding up print processes. I batch-converted our static image library to a modern format and organized our file storage structures in a way to allow multiple users to understand where everything was located.
As we grew, I created a fairly comprehensive GSM (Branding Guide) to steer our look/tone/feel as more posts and ads were delegated. I built a Gear Options document (Product Offerings) for an at-a-glance reference of product categories.
I also built a Learning Center to help reduce customer support tickets and emails.
